heal & grow

When I become your therapist, I will help you to heal and grow using my years of clinical and personal experience and study, compassion and patience . If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, panic disorder, or problems from past trauma,  I can offer you both tools and treatment
to give you the peace of mind you are looking for.

I believe we each have our own very unique experience, and while no one can know exactly how yours has affected you, I can help you find where to begin to process and work through the stuck parts of your story that might not need to remain stuck forever. Although I will always be aware of the pain you may have or have experienced in the past, I will also push you in a way that will encourage you to move forward by asking the hard questions and challenging you to do the same. I don’t believe that healing is easy, but I believe the hard work to get there is well worth it!

So this, combined with the years of study, clinical work and experience with people, comes together to allow me to walk through a journey with a woman who is confused, in pain, or lost and be there asking those hard questions when needed and holding space for tears when needed.
